But thanks to this teaching, I discovered that they could be precise in their work, that they knew how to manage a group well and that they could establish a structure, even if it is difficult, especially when teaching the A1 level . Some students can speak but cannot write. Others can read with errors but have difficulty expressing themselves. Some, in principle, don't know how to do anything. And what's more, they are people from different cultures, with varied life experiences. It is very difficult to teach people with different levels. But Stéphanie and Marie succeed. They are very strong. They know how to teach, create an atmosphere conducive to learning and they are not afraid of people, so they know how to lead a group well. They not only teach words or rules, but they learn to see and understand the language, its structure. And also to speak without being afraid of making mistakes. Making mistakes is important because it is a learning process that continues even after you leave the course. People focus on their mistakes and these mistakes become fixed in their memory, often with an unpleasant impression, and when we understand how to say or write correctly, this awareness is accompanied by a vivid emotion, which clearly fixes the rule or the word in the head.
