Diane R.C.: pour avoir fait preuve d'autant de bienveillance et d'empathie lorsque je suis venue récupérer du matériel pour mon père, il faudrait beaucoup plus de salariés comme elle. Dans un moment difficile, elle a su me conseiller avec un grand professionnalisme, et faire en sorte que toute la mise en place du matériel chez mon père soit faite avec pertinence et rapidité
