Ab dz: On July 19, I had the opportunity to visit the diabetology department on the 5th floor of the European Hospital for the first time, accompanied by my diabetic son. I would like to express my deep satisfaction with the quality of the welcome and care provided. All the staff were distinguished by their remarkable kindness and friendliness. The adorable secretaries, in particular, demonstrated impeccable professionalism. I would also like to highlight the gentleness of nurse Valentine as well as the kind attention of Dr Julien. The hospital is distinguished by its exemplary cleanliness, comparable to that of a luxury hotel. From the moment you enter, an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort is felt, to the point that you almost forget you are in a hospital. I would have asked to stay for a few days if it wasn't a place reserved for sick people. I would like to congratulate and encourage managers as well as all employees to continue on this path of excellence. I sincerely thank you for the quality of care and attention paid to patients.
marcel carbasse: It's a shame..the urology department made me suffer for a long time and this following an error on their part..where are we from the pain charter when you scream in pain and they offer you efferalgands ...shame on this service unworthy of simple medical ethics.. and after three weeks I am still not on my feet..my family my friends from the doctors of other centers are beyond it..what are you going to do I had pain so strong that I almost committed suicide and yet I want to live today I am depressed because of you

On m'avait dit que le compte rendu de l'examen serait disponible dans les 48h, mais j'ai pu le récupérer dans la demi journée sur le serveur sécurisé. Merci pour tout.

LUNE ROUGE: Le problème c'est pour se garer, les grosses voitures ont du mal dans le parking souterrain et il y a pas beaucoup de place. Pour allez aux urgences au passé des radios comme IRM ou autre il y a une grosse montée quand on a des problèmes aux jambes ou autre c'est un souci.

Comme il me l’a dit pour passer une bonne nuit !!!Un monsieur avec beaucoup De professionnel. Mon fils l a remarqué aussi il a été bien suivi toute la nuit Continuez ainsi MR On a besoin. Francois FAYET: J'ai été opéré dans le service ORL 5 ème étage aile Nord.Les locaux sont neufs et propres.Agréablement surpris par toutes les personnes du service qui ont fait preuve de bienveillance, très à l'écoute et disponible malgré le manque de moyens connus. Toutes et tous ont montré leur bonne humeur pendant ma semaine en chambre.Mon opération et le suvi postopératoire ce sont très bien passés.Merci à toutes et tous.
